29 CFR 1926.452(k)(1): Platforms exceeded a height of 20 feet (6.1 m): a) Highlands of Sandy Springs: On ladder jack platform - The employer failed to ensure that the height of platforms on a ladder jack scaffold did not exceed 20 feet. Employees were observed working on the fascia boards of the corners of building from a platform supported by ladder jacks at height of 22 feet above ground. Employees were exposed to fall hazard.
