29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Front porch roof of residence located at 330 King Estates Drive, Roswell, Georgia. An employee working from unprotected low slope, 3 in 12 pitch, porch roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14-feet 3-inches from the roof to ground level. No guardrails or safety nets had been installed and the employee was not wearing a personal fall arrest system.
