The box was being used to power a vacuum cleaner and portable electric tools.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers:    (a) On or about June 19, 2014, in the foyer, at the bottom of the steps on the first floor, there was an open floor hole that was not covered and marked as a hole.    (b) On or about June 19, 2014, on the second floor near the southeast wall, a floor hole was covered with a piece of wood but it was not secured by nails and marked as a hole. Since the wood was not secured to the floor, the hazard of falling into the hole still existed.
