29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: a/ RSB Construction, LLC/26 Prosper St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901: Pump jack scaffold was missing end rails, the netting was not attached and was hanging from the top rail and the footing was missing base plates. Condition observed on/or about 6/21/14.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a/ RSB Construction, LLC./26 Prosper St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901: Employees engaged in siding activities working approx. 12 feet from the ground on a pump jack scaffold were not using the fall protection system. The netting was attached and hanging from the top rail and was not connected at the bottom, and there were no end rails to prevent employees from falling. Condition observed on/or about 6/21/14.
