On or about June 17, 2014, in the wood shop, an employee was operating a 315 elite S table saw that did not have a guard covering the blade. b. On or about June 17, 2014, in the wood shop, an employee was operating a 10 inch Jet arbor saw that did not have a guard covering the blade.
