29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Located adjacent to the construction project and Stewart Rd employee(s) were performing sanitary sewer tie in associated activities with a Stihl TS 420 cut off saw who had not been trained on the applicable safety precautions and working techniques procedures of the saw to minimize those rotating saw blade kick back hazards.
