29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Highland Commons, Berlin, Massachusetts; An employee was exposed to an unprotected fall of approximately 12 feet while working outside of the guardrails, on the second level of a tubular welded scaffold, to get cement for masons.
