29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about June 19, 2014, in the cooler services area at Coca-Cola Refreshments, the employer allowed employees to utilize a black standing fan with a damaged electrical cord. The electrical cord was covered with electrical tape. Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 918084, citation number 1, item number 5/b and was affirmed as a final order on January 23,2014, with respect to a workplace located at 403 W. Admiral Doyle Dr., New Iberia, LA 70560.
