29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. a) At the establishment, outside the small break room, condensate from two air conditioners was draining onto the work floor exposing employees and industrial trucks to slip hazards. b) At the establishment, adjacent to the area of new construction, rain water had leaked into the building and pooled on the main aisle way exposing employees and industrial trucks to slip hazards.
