29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition).    (a) On or about June 18, 2014, an employee of Traffic Control West was directing West and East bound traffic on Oxford St., west of the intersection of S. Knox St. and Oxford St., without traffic control devices (Stop/Slow paddle).     Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
