OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to slips, trips, falls from heights when standing on wooden pallets and climbing up on equipment: (a) On or about 06/20/2014 - Heavy-gauge cut-to-length packaging line, an employee was observed standing on a wooden pallet to gain height leverage when climbing up onto the roller walkway level exposing the employee to falls.
