29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]: 9525 Manchester Road, Rock Hill: Employees were not provided eye wash facilities where the employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Auo-Clor Mach Washmate composed of greater than 30 % Sodium Hydroxide and termed, "Corrosive" by Auto-Clor Safety Data Sheet and the manufacturer specifically called for the presence of eyewash fountain which would run for a minimum of fifteen minutes.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: 9525 Manchester Road, Rock Hill: Where employees hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Auto-Clor Mach Washmate composed of greater than 30 % Sodium Hydroxide and termed, "Corrosive" by Auto-Clor Safety Data Sheet, a written hazard communication program was not developed and instituted. An employee supposedly developed skin rashes when the employee came in contact with one of the hazardous chemicals in use.
