29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): 29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system , or fall restraint system, and/or was not wearing the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section: (a) 3000 Hampstead Blvd - On or about June 20, 2014, employees were working at a height of 25 feet 2 inches (according to the blueprints) with out wearing personal fall arrest system and there were no other means of fall protection provided. PEARL STEEL ERECTORS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315302695 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 05/11/2011, WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 6/1/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5110 HWY 11 NORTH IN ELLISVILLE, MS.
