29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Bannockburn Enterprises at 3385 Heidelberg Dr., Boulder, CO 80305: On or about June 19th, 2014, an employee performing electrical work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to ground below while installing a swamp cooler on a roof. The employer had not implemented a safety program which ensured that frequent and regular inspections were conducted by a competent person to identify workplace hazards.
