29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1): Each exit discharge must lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside.    a) Stock Area, Rear of Building: The rear exit discharge lead to a narrow alley enclosed by locked gates at either end and was obstructed with vegetation on, or about, 06/24/2014.        Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
