29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: a/ At the job site, on or about 06/24/14, specifically the northbound and southbound lanes of 39th Street, no traffic signs were posted at the advanced warning area, transition area, or the activity area of the one hour long work zone where employees were removing a damaged, concrete sidewalk. The dump truck was partially in the northbound lane and a skid steer was in use requiring the presence of a flagger.
