29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: At this worksite, employees performed work on a marquee sign at heights over 15 feet while on a scaffold that was not equipped with base plates or mud sills. Employees were exposed to falls and scaffold collapse in the event of shifting or unstable ground conditions.
