29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Brother's Roofing LLC at 2462 and 2464 Concord Cir., Aurora, CO 80011: On June 24, 2014, as the exposing employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 12 feet. Brother's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 620558, citation number 1, item 2, issued December 3, 2012 and became a final order on December 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6105 S. Parker Rd., Centennial, CO 80011.
