29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Lot 486 Willowwood Development, Smyrna, DE - employees were performing frame carpentry work on a residential home project, approximately 9 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. Observed on or about 6/19/14. NOTE: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
