29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 16, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard while sheathing a residential house on a 5/12 pitch roof next to an unprotected edge in the vicinity of Katherine Drive East and 31st Avenue East in West Fargo, North Dakota.
