29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about June 25, 2014, and at times prior thereto, two employees were on top of the portable ice trailer working without any form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall greater than four feet.
