29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) 81 Walnut Bottom Rd - The working level of the tubular welded frame scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front and rear uprights thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine and a half (9.5) feet, on or about June 24th, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
