29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): In addition to wearing a hard hat, when an employee was exposed to falling objects, the employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects that may fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced: ON or about June 25, 2014, at a workplace located at 2200 Kin West Parkway, Irving, Texas 75063, the employer did not ensure that the area behind an exterior wall that was being skimmed of the brick veneer was barricaded to protect employees from falling objects.
