29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about June 18, 2014, employees were exposed to an approximate 8-foot fall hazard while repairing a commercial sign from the man basket of an aerial lift in the vicinity of West Empire Place and West 41st Street in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
