29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about 16 June 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees were working from a work level over the business storefront without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 15 feet.
