29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about June 26, 2014, employees working in the laundry room with chemicals such as, but not limited to, window cleaner and neutralle pacific and did not have an eyewash station maintained and ready for immediate use. Aston Hotels and Resorts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 976375, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on June 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2570 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96815.
