29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 11 Wendy Road, Reading, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 6 in 12 pitch residential house without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 8 feet 8 inches to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
