29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2014 - A five gallon bucket was not labeled and contained a 12% cobalt solution. This chemical was used during mixing operations. b) At the facility, on or about June 26, 2014 - A five gallon bucket was labeled for Acrylic Latex Paint, but contained Acrysol RM-825. This chemical was used during mixing operations
