29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide, listed in Table Z-1, in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) concentration of 50 parts per million (ppm): a. This violation occurred on June 24, 2014, in building A, where a press operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 184.7 ppm, approximately 3.69 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. b. This violation occurred on June 24, 2014, in building A, where a press operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 150.2 ppm, approximately 3.00 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. c. This violation occurred on June 24, 2014, in building B, where a machine operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 203.2 ppm, approximately 4.06 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. d. This violation occurred on June 24, 2014, in building B, where a machine operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 171.1 ppm, approximately 3.42 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. e. This violation occurred on June 24, 2014, in building B, where a machine operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 144.1 ppm, approximately 2.88 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. f.
