29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have safety data sheest for each hazardous chemicasl which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about June 19, 2014, at the above addressed job site, the employer did not have safety data sheets for the employees who work with at least, Continental Roofing Asphalt, propane, and Geogard Urethane Seam Sealer. The roofing asphalt can cause dermatitis, respiratory irritations, and tumors.
