29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) The employer did not provide an audiometric test for a blower machine operator exposed to noise levels at 146.9% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 92.7 dBA during the 238 minutes sampling period on July 1, 2014. b) The employer did not provide an audiometric test for a dumper exposed to noise levels at 67.1 % of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 87.3 dBA during the 381 minutes sampling period on July 1, 2014.
