29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) Facility: On or about June 27, 2014 the following powered industrial trucks were in use and had the following problems: 1. Hyster clamp truck did not have its propane tank secured. 2. Yale #02 had its propane gas tank held in place with a bungee cord and one headlight was not working. 3. Yale #340 was leaking water.
