29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 1339 Northampton St., Holyoke, MA: On or about June 23, 2014, several employee were working on the roof of this residence, more than 9 ft. above the ground below, without fall protection. DD Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962193, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 402 Sumner Ave., Springfield. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
