29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      Located along various areas of the residential perimeter exterior stud wall top plate and interior lower cord of prefabricated trusses employees were observed performing truss erection associated work activities without conventional fall protection or equivalent and were exposed to unprotected side or edge perimeter exterior stud wall top plates fall hazards of 12.6 to 18.6 and interior falls hazards from the lower cord of the prefabricated truss of 95 to 10 5.
