29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 1 Carl Forester Lane, Woburn, MA: On or about 6/26/2014, an employee framing a residential roof that was greater than 6 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the ground below. Ken Mange and Al Quinton was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315556944, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2011 with respect to a workplace located at Chandler Road, Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
