R.W. Price Construction, LLC., Fort Pickett, Building T2416: On or about 06/25/14, employees were not protected from falling 15' to the ground while performing roofing activities on a steep roof. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
