29 CFR 1910.138(b): The employer did not base selection of appropriate hand protection on an evaluation of the performance characteristics of the hand protection relative to the tasks to be performed, conditions present, duration of use, and the hazards and potential hazards identified: Chlorex (Sodium Hypochlorite) and Dynex (Dimethyl Amoniun Chloride).  On or about June 24th, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide the appropriate gloves (rubber or neoprene) to the employees who were wearing latex examination gloves when doing the cleaning preparation procedure.
