Card Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. - On or about, 6/9/14, employees did not receive training on the new labeling elements and safety data sheet format by the December 1, 2013 deadline noted in the 29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1) of the Hazard Communication -2012 Standard. Employees work with or around chemicals that included but were not limited to refrigerant, degreaser, and oil.
