29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     Location: Jobsite    An employee fell greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while working where fall protection had not been used or provided.    Instance 1) Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet at an unguarded second floor balcony, located at the top of the stairs.    Instance 2) An employee fell greater than 6 feet from the attic stairwell opening to the second floor below, where the floor opening did not have a guardrail.
