29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 07/01/2014 at the 412 Farmington Avenue Roofing Project, employees were removing slate from the roof and no fall protection system was in use.   Caple Nichols DBA Max Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902319, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 241 Ledyard Street in Hartford, CT.
