29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about June 30, 2014, on the west side of the building, one employee engaged in masonry activities on a residential building from a tubular welded frame scaffold was exposed to falling more than 14 feet to the lower level.
