29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: On or about June 12, 2014, at a new building construction site, the employer allowed rigging and lifting accessories to swing, operate within 20 feet of overhead power lines, and contact overhead lines, exposing employees to the hazard of electrical shock and electrocution.
