29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders shall be used only on stable and level surfaces unless secured to prevent accidental displacement: 1001 Red Tree Lane, St. Peters, MO: A 40 foot Werner Crafts Master ladder used to access a roof had one rubber footing on a sidewalk and the metal part of the other ladder footing was placed in a crack of a sidewalk with the other rubber footing facing up. The sidewalk was not level due to a raised portion. The ladder was not secured to prevent accidental displacement.
