No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 2nd & Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA - High Risk vault - The employer did not maintain that exit routes were free from obstructions. This hazard exposed the employees to trip/fall hazards in the event of an emergency. This condition was observed on or about June 25, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) 2nd & Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA - High Risk vault - The shelving on which the seized property was stored was not secured to the wall thus exposing the employees to struck-by and or collapse hazards. This condition was observed on June 25, 2014.
