29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): Design of support systems, shield systems, or other protective systems that are drawn from manufacturer's tabulated data were not in accordance with all specifications, recommendations, and limitations issued or made by the manufacturer: a. Two inch diameter pins were not installed in all stacking pockets (for alignment of one box on top of another) during excavation work on 6/30/14 at approximately 401 Independence St., Cape Girardeau, MO. b. Soil type was not classified as required by Appendix F of the standard and the tabulated data (note: soil classification was to be made to determine use of the shield system).
