29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- 777 Route 70 East, Building 6, Evesham NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Sub-contractor employees at this site, that were under the company's safety and health program, were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about 06/19/14. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
