29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Construction Site: On or about July 1, 2014, and at times prior thereto, four employees using a scissor lift at the front of the building were climbing to the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than 10-feet.
