29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 25, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Note: 1st Class Roofing, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 393904, Citation 1, Item 1, issued May 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1113 Franklin Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. This citation became final on June 11, 2012.
