29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) On and before July 2, 2014, at the worksite located at 9450 OH 14 Streetsboro, OH, 44241, the employer allowed employees to work from a supported scaffold, approximately 12.5 ft. high, which was not fully guardrailed in the corner where the east and south scaffold connected. b) On and before July 2, 2014, at the worksite located at 9450 OH 14 Streetsboro, OH, 44241, the employer allowed employees to work from a supported scaffold, approximately 12.5 ft. high, which was missing the midrail on the east side scaffold. c) On and before July 2, 2014, at the worksite located at 9450 OH 14 Streetsboro, OH, 44241, the employer allowed employees to work from a supported scaffold, approximately 12.5 ft. high, which did not have any guardrails on the south west side of the scaffold.
