OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: 1595 Marietta Blvd. Atlanta Ga. 30318 - Warehouse: Employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while being lifted 15 to 20 feet above ground level to clear jams on the conveyor system using a forklift for the lift and a wooden pallet as a platform.
